Dremel 4485 collet-nut kit
Exact four-size kit listed for the Dremel 3000.
The official package identifies all four collets and includes model 3000 in its tool list.
Evidence note C021 · United States
The bit diameter is not the buying field. Match the accessory shank to one of four collets, or use the manufacturer-listed adjustable chuck.
Direct answer
Dremel’s US pages list model 3000 for both parts. Kit 4485 includes collets 480 (1/8 inch), 481 (3/32), 482 (1/16) and 483 (1/32), plus a collet nut. The 4486 is a three-jaw keyless chuck for that same 1/32-to-1/8-inch range and removes the need to swap collets.

Manufacturer-listed adjustable option for the Dremel 3000.
Dremel specifies a 1/32-to-1/8-inch shank range and lists model 3000.
Do not confuse bit diameter with shank diameter.
A smaller shank needs its matching collet or the adjustable chuck; tightening the wrong collet does not create a certified fit.
Before buying
Read the accessory shank diameter, not the cutting-head diameter.
Choose 480, 481, 482 or 483 when using the 4485 system; the four sizes are 1/8, 3/32, 1/16 and 1/32 inch.
Choose 4486 when frequent changes across that size range matter more than keeping dedicated collets.
Power off the tool, seat the shank fully enough for secure clamping, and stop if the accessory runs visibly off-center.

Evidence boundary
This is a manufacturer compatibility map, not a runout or wear test. It does not certify third-party chucks, damaged threads, worn collets or an accessory whose maximum RPM is below the selected tool speed.
